What you will do

• Business partner with the Commercial function, building trusted relationships and providing constructive challenge to internal stakeholders, external consultants, and partners.
• Produce concise, insight-focused commercial analysis and regular reporting, improving the quality and efficiency of Commercial Finance reporting solutions.
• Model scenarios and complete comprehensive post-investment appraisals using financial and non-financial inputs.
• Produce budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans for areas of the commercial offering.
• Manage governance processes including menu or business case sign-off and post-investment reviews.
• Deputise for peers or line managers and contribute to the development of Commercial Finance Analysts.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience of 3+ years, or significant experience in a business-facing business partnering role.
• Ability to build and develop relationships across hirify.global and with external advisors.
• Ability to analyse complex financial and non-financial scenarios, reach logical conclusions, and recommend actions clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain and present technical items simply.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance short-term deliverables with long-term business objectives.

Nice to have

• Commercial Finance or Business Partnering experience involving financial modelling, investment appraisal, and analysis.
