Senior FP&A Manager - Global ARR

What you will do

• Own monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV, and ARR reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information for executive leadership, finance leadership, and Board stakeholders.
• Prepare executive reporting packages and management commentary, analyzing business performance, trends, risks, opportunities, ARR drivers, retention, renewals, churn, expansion, and new-logo acquisition.
• Act as the subject matter expert for commercial metrics, maintain Group-wide reporting policies and definitions, and assess complex deal structures for appropriate Bookings and ARR treatment.
• Investigate anomalies, resolve reporting discrepancies, lead reconciliations across data sources and systems, and establish monitoring frameworks for data quality.
• Drive reporting automation and infrastructure improvements with Data & Analytics teams, including scalable reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Accounting, M&A, Operations, and Executive teams; present recommendations and lead discussions on complex commercial reporting issues.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, or related analytical finance roles.
• Significant experience within a software, SaaS, subscription, or technology company.
• Experience with recurring revenue models, ARR, ACV, SaaS metrics, subscriptions, renewals, and customer retention analysis.
• Experience supporting executive-level business reviews and reporting processes.
• Persistent approach and willingness to understand and overcome operational challenges and obstacles.
• Ability to understand processes and challenges, communicate effectively internally, and navigate internal processes.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• MBA.
• Previous experience in a multinational technology company.
