Managing Director, Occupier Sustainability

Location: Remote, with the role located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA

Salary: $194,055–$228,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead Americas occupier facilities management sustainability operations and guide account teams in delivering statements of work and exceeding client KPIs.
• Improve delivery efficiency, introduce innovations, manage escalations and business risks, and build relationships across project management, transactions, facilities management, and procurement.
• Supervise and mentor on-account teams, support recruitment and onboarding, retain high performers, and develop a community of practice.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities, develop tailored pursuit solutions, lead sales pitches, and manage the RFP process end-to-end.
• Conduct market research, develop business plans for new growth pathways, and support energy project management, engineering infrastructure program management, and owner’s representative consulting.
• Collaborate with the Chief Sustainability Officer on strategic plans, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, technology development, KPI reporting, and operational roadmaps.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across energy management, sustainability, and real estate.
• Experience leading sustainability services and facilities management delivery for client accounts.
• Experience managing client relationships, KPIs, escalations, business risks, and statements of work.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, recruiting, and developing professional teams.
• Experience developing pursuit solutions, leading sales pitches, and managing RFP processes.
• Experience conducting market research and developing business plans for growth initiatives.
• Experience collaborating on strategic plans, operational roadmaps, partnerships, investments, and technology initiatives.
