AI Solution Engineer

What you will do

• Build and evolve the technical layer of the Workflow and Agent AI Platform used to design, run, and scale AI workflows and agents.
• Own capabilities end to end, including design, delivery, production deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled features across frontend, backend, AI, and integration layers.
• Embed product functionality into reusable AI-enabled workflow patterns and improve them using evaluations, monitoring, and user feedback.
• Contribute to architecture decisions supporting scalability, observability, security, and long-term platform evolution.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and other groups on productionization, infrastructure, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of complex products or platforms.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript for production-grade applications.
• Experience with modern frameworks; React is preferred, and Vue.js 3 is also welcome.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language; Python is preferred but not required, with the ability to work across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, data modeling, and designing APIs and integrations.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean architecture, evolvability, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tooling.
• Exposure to AI and agent frameworks such as AWS Strands, Azure AI Agent Service, LangChain, LangSmith, or CrewAI.
• Experience with GenAI application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, or data platforms such as Databricks.
• Financial services background.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
