Senior UX Designer (Contractor)

What you will do

• Design leading-edge agentic and UX experiences across RRA, RaaS, and Executive Search.
• Shape agent artifacts, including multi-agent interactions, agent outputs, and how users interact with them.
• Create and implement early customer prototypes for Executive Search exploratory work.
• Design user experiences and workflows for RRA SaaS.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and customers from early prototyping through production.
• Commit front-end UX polish pull requests without working on back-end code or API contracts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio of live, shipped experiences rather than only concepts or handoff mockups.
• Experience moving quickly from ideas to prototypes in ambiguous, early-stage contexts.
• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals, including user journey mapping, information architecture, and simplifying complex workflows.
• Experience building and applying reusable design-system components consistently across multiple surfaces.
• Hands-on front-end proficiency with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component libraries, including responsive behavior, empty, loading, and error states, motion, and accessibility.
• Ability to take work from idea to design to working prototype while reusing existing services and APIs rather than building them.
• Portfolio and demonstrated ability are weighted above formal credentials.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with 0-to-1 or exploratory product work, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
• Comfort collaborating directly in an engineering codebase and workflow, including Git, pull requests, and design QA.
• Experience designing AI-native or agentic products, including agent artifacts, streaming outputs, chat or canvas interfaces, human-in-the-loop review, and non-deterministic states.
