UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer (Vue)

What you will do

• Lead user research through interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, and customer-feedback analysis.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Own and evolve the accessible, scalable design system and reusable component library.
• Build responsive, maintainable, production-ready front-end solutions using modern web technologies, including Vue.
• Design experiences for AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, and emerging product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and Test Engineers across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, UX, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, front-end development, or a comparable role.
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI design and front-end engineering capability, with commercial experience developing modern web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Strong HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery skills, plus experience with a modern framework such as Vue.js.
• Experience with APIs and backend services, .NET architecture, design systems, WCAG accessibility standards, Agile delivery, and product collaboration.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, UX Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Azure-hosted applications, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
• Background in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience designing AI-enabled products, migrating legacy systems, or facilitating customer workshops and usability sessions.
