IT Systems Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

Location: London, UK; Europe & ROW. Hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of business systems development projects, from workshops and requirements documentation through delivery.
• Analyse business processes and systems, support product design, and conduct gap analysis against standard product functionality.
• Configure applications, develop functionality, deliver user training, and create effective testing strategies.
• Work with in-house and partner development teams to deliver robust solutions and manage change control.
• Deliver improvements across ERP, eCommerce, CRM and BI, with a particular focus on the Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
• Work in Agile two-week sprints, identify automation opportunities, and improve connections across global business systems.

Requirements

• Substantial, up-to-date experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• At least 2 years of professional development experience in a production environment.
• Experience with .NET or Python, Visual Studio, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Function Apps and Logic Apps.
• Strong functional knowledge in 3–4 Microsoft Dynamics areas: Procurement and Sourcing; Supply Chain Management; Sales and Marketing; Product and BOM Management; Manufacturing; Retail Planning and Forecasting; or Warehousing and Transportation.
• Ability to analyse and combine information from multiple sources, with strong commercial awareness and understanding of how technology supports wider business needs.
• Proactive, analytical and curious problem-solving approach.
• Hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership and lead when needed.
• Collaborative mindset, service orientation, accountability and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an IT service environment and managing against SLAs.
• Microsoft Dynamics accreditation.
