Implementation Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage multiple implementation projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring delivery against timelines, milestones, and scope.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and customer stakeholders, maintaining project plans and mitigating risks.
• Ensure successful completion of User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide weekly project status reports to the Head of Project Management and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary customer contact, facilitate project meetings, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.
• Deliver consultancy, onboarding, and training; identify unmet customer needs and potential upsell opportunities for the sales team.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track record implementing complex software within the healthcare space.
• Expertise implementing HR and workforce solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills.
