Remote Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst (Willow)

Location: Remote within the United States, except California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming. Individuals within 60 miles of Albuquerque are expected to work in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role is based in Arizona-MST and operates day shifts.

Salary: $100,152–$175,718.40 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze Epic workflows, data, and technical issues, and design, build, test, and maintain application solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades, updates, and projects in collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, test cases, and test scripts for new or enhanced department application functionality.
• Modify Epic records, tables, and master files, and implement documented changes in compliance with department policies and procedures.
• Participate in team and cross-team meetings, maintain meeting records, anticipate additional project work, and promote teamwork.

Requirements

• Epic Willow experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience; 6 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3 years of Epic-specific experience.
• Epic certification supporting the relevant application, plus additional proficiency, certification, or badges in a related application area.
• Expert understanding of the supported application and a general understanding of most other Epic applications.
• Ability to work independently 100% of the time and support projects within schedule.
