Investor Relations Associate (Reinsurance)

Location: Based in Bermuda, Warren, NJ, or New York City; primary location is Warren, NJ, with New York, NY as an additional location.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Develop, improve, and maintain marketing presentations and investor newsletters.
• Participate in investor outreach campaigns, especially CRM-enabled campaigns.
• Contribute to maintaining the capital planning tool.
• Participate in investor calls and due diligence, preparing summary notes and data rooms.
• Support existing investor reporting and respond to ad hoc investor requests while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, including asset management, banking, consulting, or audit.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Strong time-management discipline.
• Ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations that communicate a visual story beyond graphs and tables.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about reinsurance and insurance-linked securities.
