What you will do

Collaborate closely with investor relations and operations.
Develop forward-looking vacancy control programmes covering the next 24 months for shopping-center properties.
Identify tenant-mix issues and optimize retail sales opportunities.
Address property vacancy risks promptly to reduce vacancy downtime and protect landlord income.
Support requirements and guidance for internal network separation, segmentation, and access control.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university.
Experience articulating complex systematic investment strategies in a clear and comprehensible manner.
Experience working with sophisticated institutional investors and managing day-to-day relationships.
Experience verifying compliance of critical networking equipment with policies and requirements.
Ability to work in London, England.

Nice to have

CFA or equivalent credentials.
