What you will do

• Lead major regulatory change programmes from impact assessment through implementation and assurance.
• Deliver operational resilience, cyber resilience, risk, compliance, controls and governance transformation initiatives.
• Lead remediation programmes following regulatory findings, audits or internal reviews.
• Design and implement risk management, governance and control frameworks and sustainable operating models.
• Manage complex stakeholder groups across risk, compliance, legal, operations and executive leadership.
• Implement technology, data and RegTech solutions to improve compliance, monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong programme, portfolio or project delivery expertise.
• Deep understanding of the financial services regulatory environment.
• Expertise in one or more of: Financial Services Regulation, DORA, Operational Resilience, Financial Crime, AML and Economic Crime Prevention, Data Privacy and Data Protection, Third-Party Risk Management, Cyber Security Transformation, Risk and Controls Transformation, Conduct and Consumer Duty, GRC, Solvency II, Prudential Regulation, Regulatory Reporting and Controls, or Regulatory Remediation Programmes.
• Experience in at least three areas including regulatory change, operational or cyber resilience, risk transformation, compliance or governance transformation, remediation, control frameworks, senior stakeholder management, financial services regulatory delivery, RegTech implementation, or sustainable operating models.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior regulatory, risk and compliance stakeholders.
• Experience delivering measurable risk reduction and compliance outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate complex governance environments.
• Commercial awareness and consulting experience.
• Passion for helping clients solve complex regulatory and operational challenges.
