SAP Integrated Business Planning Techno Functional Architect (AI)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; other location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. Relocation: Yes. International travel required as needed, approximately 25%.

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions covering forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and available to promise.
• Define and execute IT roadmaps and 3–5-year enterprise planning roadmaps aligned with business strategy, industry trends, and SAP’s product roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning programs centered on SAP IBP, from scoping and planning through testing and deployment.
• Design integration strategies and data maps, minimizing data footprints across the technology landscape.
• Manage SAP IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, BTP, and third-party tools while overseeing system performance, availability, security, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Manage and coach IT professionals, advise senior leadership and business stakeholders, evaluate technologies and products, and monitor IT performance, risks, issues, standards, and compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive supply chain planning domain knowledge, deep technical expertise, and strong knowledge of architecture frameworks.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including significant techno-functional leadership experience and comprehensive understanding of AI tools and solutions.
• Proven delivery of large-scale, complex, cross-functional IT projects, preferably in supply chain planning.
• Extensive hands-on SAP IBP experience across architecture, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including advanced ATP, SAP BW, and other SAP modules and applications related to supply chain planning.
• Knowledge of AI models specific to planning and deployment expertise.
• Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, independent decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain planning tools and technologies such as Kinaxis, Oracle, O9, or Anaplan.
• Direct experience building AI solutions.
