Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid setup

hirify.global is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, transforming administrative workflows across patient care, billing, and payments.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, metrics, and roadmap for data and integration problems across ingestion, modeling, and dependent products.
• Shape the External API and partner integrations to support practices using different practice management systems and enable expansion beyond Germany.
• Define shared data concepts such as patients, appointments, treatment plans, and invoices, including ownership, freshness, reliability, GDPR, and health-data regulation.
• Make data and integration quality measurable and visible, improving reliability and reducing silent failures for practices.
• Maintain an end-to-end platform model and partner with engineering on architecture and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Agency to pursue high-impact problems beyond the immediate scope and take ownership without waiting for a predefined roadmap.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment, make bold but reversible decisions, and challenge ideas directly, including upward.
• Strong business-outcome orientation and data-driven prioritization, with the ability to identify the metric affected by each initiative.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data models, data flows, and system architecture, with credibility when partnering with senior engineers.
• Ability to use AI for prototyping, analysis, specifications, and shipping small improvements directly.

Nice to have

• Experience building and shipping AI products.
• Experience working on data platforms or data products.
• Experience building B2B SaaS in healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Professional German language knowledge.
