Senior Software Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Build and ship core product features across the backend and frontend using Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
• Support and scale Kubernetes infrastructure, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Develop scalable test and workflow automation frameworks using Selenium and related tools.
• Design and integrate automation scripts with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and internal systems.
• Collaborate directly with customers, clinical stakeholders, end users, and internal teams to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, tested, production-ready code and contribute to practical solutions for clinical operations and product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert programming skills in Python and Django.
• Expertise using Selenium and related test automation tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, REST APIs, browser developer tools, and debugging tools.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Strong workflow and process mapping skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering production-ready code and automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior exposure to health tech, PHI, or HIPAA-compliant systems.

Nice to have

• JavaScript and Vue.js experience.
• Knowledge of performance or load testing tools.
• Experience with GCP or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience working directly with customers in consulting, customer success, or support roles.
• Background in solution architecture, support engineering, or customer success.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
