Product Design Manager

hirify.global develops Setapp and Eney as part of its software and subscription-based SaaS ecosystem.

What you will do

• Translate product and business strategies into clear design initiatives and lead execution across Setapp and Eney.
• Manage, mentor, and grow experienced Product Designers, including professional development plans and performance reviews.
• Set operational objectives and plan workloads in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Audit design workflows and processes to remove bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end delivery.
• Maintain and improve design quality standards using UX research, quantitative analytics, and industry best practices.
• Manage design budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation with the Design Director.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people management and leadership, including mentoring and scaling product design teams.
• Strong end-to-end product design experience, including scalable design systems, prototyping, and user-centric methodologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and product vision, with the ability to connect business KPIs with user experience decisions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Data-informed approach with experience using qualitative UX research and quantitative analytics to measure design impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS, iOS, or multi-platform product development.
• Background in subscription-based SaaS or consumer software products.
• Familiarity with AI tools in product workflows or experience scaling DesignOps practices.
