Product Designer (AI-Native, B2B)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based anywhere in Ukraine. Listed locations: Lviv, Kyiv.

What you will do

• Own product problems end to end with product managers and engineers: define problems, explore and validate solutions, ship improvements, and follow the work after handoff.
• Design client-facing products, internal tools, sales enablement solutions, and customer experiences according to business priorities.
• Use AI to clarify hypotheses, identify risks and edge cases, and create short PRDs or decision documents.
• Conduct research with sales managers, customer success managers, and internal users; run quick tests and adjust direction based on findings.
• Build and iterate on product flows using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools while owning structure, behavior, and UX quality.
• Create production-ready UI designs with complete states, align work with the design system, and occasionally ship small UI fixes with engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience on complex B2B products with dense, data-heavy interfaces, including tables, filters, reporting, and multi-role flows.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and design craft.
• Several products built or prototyped in code with AI tools.
• Ability to proactively build domain and technical knowledge and get up to speed quickly on new problems.
• Comfort using Claude Code or a similar tool to work in an existing codebase and run a prototype without waiting for an engineer.
• Strong UI skills with neat, balanced mockups focused on user value.
• Based anywhere in Ukraine.
• English at B2+ upper-intermediate level or higher.

• Ad tech, media, or analytics/reporting product experience.
• Public GitHub profile or shipped side projects.
• Experience in data visualization.
• Interest in developing product management and engineering skills alongside design.
