Product Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote from the listed locations across EMEA; able to work CET hours.

What you will do

• Design smooth, polished customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI.
• Own design work end-to-end, from ideas and prototypes through final designs.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager and engineers to bring product ideas to life.
• Use data and user feedback to iterate quickly and improve the product.
• Help shape and evolve the design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile and web products at scale, including products with 200K+ MAU, in B2C environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, polished visual craft, and the ability to create sleek, beautiful, intuitive consumer apps.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on shipping real products.
• Strong user focus and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, collaboration, and motivation to build products that matter.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
• Experience planning and conducting UX research and integrating insights into design decisions.
• Prompt engineering experience.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
