Senior Change Manager (OCM)

Location: Remote working arrangement based in Sweden; availability during European business hours; willingness to travel within Europe approximately 10% of the time; flexible hybrid working model also offered.

What you will do

• Develop and implement change management strategies, roadmaps and plans for major IT and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assess the impact of new systems, processes and organisational changes on business functions, stakeholders and end users.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and coordinate clear, consistent communications across European teams and business units.
• Coordinate training needs assessments, training materials, learning activities and user enablement initiatives.
• Support business readiness, go-live planning, post-implementation hypercare, adoption KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate change deliverables, estimates, resources, dependencies and timelines across multi-country system and process rollouts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), preferably within IT or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience developing and executing change management strategies, impact assessments and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating training, user enablement and organisational readiness activities.
• Experience supporting IT system implementations, business process changes and multi-country rollouts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, business users and technical delivery teams.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics, collecting feedback and assessing change effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote, international project environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud transformation or rollout programmes.
• Experience in customer service transformation, CRM implementations or service process optimisation.
• Exposure to Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation or logistics transformation initiatives.
• Experience in large-scale, cross-functional IT transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model or other change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Immediate availability.
