Senior Product Manager - Growth Platform (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, CA or Berkeley Heights, NJ, United States.

Salary: USD 155,000–217,000 per year.

What you will do

• Enable go-to-market teams and develop self-serve workflows.
• Lead customer data platform implementation using Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, RudderStack, or mParticle.
• Build experimentation infrastructure and A/B testing capabilities.
• Establish event taxonomy and data governance standards.
• Manage the vendor ecosystem across the growth technology stack.
• Drive alignment across product teams and establish shared platform standards through influence without direct authority.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated success in Growth PM, Platform PM, or Technical PM roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS; fintech, SMB, or POS experience is preferred within the stated domain.
• Experience with customer data platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, RudderStack, or mParticle.
• Comfort with data pipelines, event schemas, webhooks, REST APIs, and database architecture.
• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly.
• Proven platform product management experience driving cross-functional alignment and shared standards without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, California or Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
