Product Manager (Retail Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid, with regular in-office presence required at the Rogers, Arkansas office, United States.

Annual salary: $86,600–$134,200.

What you will do

• Define product lifecycle strategy based on market and business needs and align sales, customer success, and technology stakeholders.
• Manage a 1–2-year roadmap designed to deliver growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Develop market expertise covering the use of Revenue Recovery products in retail supply chains, customer experience needs, competition, and emerging trends.
• Partner with product marketing on new product launches and go-to-market tools for sales.
• Define epic- and feature-level requirements and work with UX designers and engineering leads to support successful delivery.
• Own revenue growth, retention, and profitability performance for the assigned product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to influence and communicate across the company.
• Prior experience in a business-to-business environment.

Nice to have

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Comfort analyzing data to inform product decisions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and owning an external-facing software product roadmap.
• Experience in SaaS, retail, or supply chain environments.
