Senior Product Manager - Inventory Value (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA, US; must work from the hirify.global corporate headquarters at least 4 days per week.

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, discovery, and portfolio measurement for the Inventory ERP Stock Ledger system.
• Drive innovation, experimentation, and strategic alignment across product, business, technology, finance, and inventory operations.
• Partner with engineering teams and SaaS providers to deliver product solutions and provide responsive support.
• Research users, business opportunities, market trends, and competitors to inform product roadmaps.
• Identify and scale AI and automation opportunities, including AI agents, anomaly detection, predictive data quality validation, and intelligent exception routing.
• Lead delivery across multiple engineering teams, align on an MVP, and communicate results through executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience; retail systems integration experience is preferred.
• Proven experience owning the vision and roadmap for an AI agent or agentic product in production, including defining use cases, prioritizing capabilities, and measuring accuracy, adoption, and business impact.
• Strong understanding of ERP system design, data architecture, and stock ledger management within retail operations.
• Experience with the transition from on-premises systems to modern, cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Experience with system integrations, data flows, data transformation, and validation requirements supporting inventory management, financial reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to set a product vision and multi-year roadmap and operate effectively amid ambiguity around requirements, ownership, and scope.
• Ability to lead discovery and delivery across multiple engineering teams, drive alignment on an MVP, and manage a prioritized backlog.
• Ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and align engineering, finance, inventory operations, and executive leadership.
