Junior Grants Manager (Robotics)

Location: Eindhoven (Strijp-T), Netherlands; 40 hours per week; direct employment.

hirify.global develops autonomous robotic applications, including drones and driving robots, from its base in Eindhoven.

What you will do

• Maintain innovation networks in the region and beyond in collaboration with the sales team.
• Set up collaborations with funding-eligible partners and participate in or lead consortia.
• Write project proposals and proposal sections using information from internal and external knowledge holders.
• Manage projects in terms of content and administration.
• Prepare progress reports and final cost statements, including support during auditor reviews.
• Act as the first point of contact for partners and represent hirify.global at project events and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business-oriented field.
• At least 2 years of experience writing grant proposals, such as at a subsidy consultancy or in an innovation funding role.
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Strong writing skills, especially the ability to translate technical innovations into clear text for a broader audience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with WBSO, MIT, Horizon Europe, or Eurostars funding schemes.
• A motivation letter is a plus.
