Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person collaboration at the Barcelona office, Spain.

Annual salary: €50,000–€80,000, plus an equity package.

hirify.global is building an AI platform for legal work used by more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria.

What you will do

• Make technical decisions for the features shipped by a squad of four to five engineers, a product manager, and a designer.
• Own technical decisions in production and operate systems used by real customers.
• Build and ship features across the frontend and backend stack when needed.
• Review code and help other engineers improve.
• Work with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Django, Django Ninja, Postgres, vector stores, LLM pipelines, the internal AI platform, cloud infrastructure, and GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of at least one system end to end.
• Experience shipping and operating production systems that real users depended on, with the ability to explain failures, their costs, and resulting changes.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, with the ability to identify where they were wrong and how the errors were detected.
• Regular code review experience that helps other engineers improve.
• Fluent spoken and written English, which is the working language across teams and countries.
• Ability to work across the full stack, with deep expertise on one side and enough fluency on the other to ship features independently.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar parts of the stack in weeks rather than quarters.
