Clinical Specialist Rep (Medical Robotics)

What you will do

• Support Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products and affiliated services for hospitals in the assigned territory and internal INR labs.
• Develop technical expertise in products, procedures, anatomy, and implant products.
• Provide education and hands-on training for surgeons, operating-room staff, administrators, customers, and implant peers.
• Support installations and drive consistent product utilization during the first 90 days.
• Cultivate surgeon support, build market awareness, and assist with key opinion leader development.
• Collaborate with capital and implant sales teams to identify targets, grow the business, and manage expenses within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic achievement.
• At least 2 years of clinical support or relevant healthcare-industry experience.
• Knowledge of the operating-room environment.
• Ability to collaborate and influence.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• History of exceeding expectations.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

• Spine experience.
