Clinical Specialist (Interventional Technologies)

Location: Remote in the United States; specifically looking in Manhattan, NY.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annual base pay, with potential sales incentives or discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive eligibility depending on the role.

hirify.global develops and provides interventional medical products, including Vascade and EnsoETM for vascular closure and esophageal cooling.

What you will do

• Provide clinical sales support and case coverage for Vascade, EnsoETM, and future products within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and sales colleagues to support clinical outcomes, product adoption, and projected sales goals.
• Serve as a clinical resource for product coverage, troubleshooting, in-service education, and procedural discussions.
• Meet with current and potential customers to identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions using company products.
• Coordinate and facilitate local education and training programs for physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare staff.
• Maintain relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers, share account insights, and monitor product inventory.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent medical training in health science.
• At least 2 years of direct healthcare experience, such as in a cath lab, interventional radiology, or electrophysiology.
• Strong clinical orientation and the ability to support case coverage, apply clinical and product knowledge, and resolve issues using established expertise.
• Ability to communicate clinical information clearly and professionally to physicians, nurses, technicians, and other audiences.
• Ability to prioritize activities, manage time, schedule efficiently, and minimize non-productive travel.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence different clinician, nurse, and lab technician personality types.
• Ability to communicate the Vascular Closure Value Proposition persuasively and understand how product performance and data affect a health system’s bottom line.
• Ability to maintain productive relationships while handling sensitive and confidential matters, maintain accurate records, and process reports.
• Knowledge of the medical device market, territory customer base, MS Office systems, and assigned company products, clinical evidence, and relevant disease states.

Nice to have

• Medical device industry experience.
• Registrations or certifications as an RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular care, or cardiac surgery.
• Experience calling on interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, administrators, and clinical staff.
• Previous vessel closure experience.
• Previous experience providing clinical education and training to staff.
