Director - Corporate Planning

What you will do

• Own the enterprise-wide planning lifecycle, including the annual operating plan, reforecasting, monthly latest view, 3–5 year long-range model, and strategic scenario planning.
• Define planning calendars, governance, templates, milestones, submission processes, and executive checkpoint reviews.
• Partner with Finance leaderhirify.globalp and executives to translate strategy into financial plans, assumptions, priorities, trade-offs, and investment choices.
• Design and maintain the corporate planning model, including revenue, gross profit, cost, headcount, target-setting, capacity, consolidation, reconciliation, audit trail, and version control.
• Lead business engagement, challenge segment and function submissions, consolidate risks and opportunities, and present coherent planning outputs.
• Lead planning governance and improvement, including forecast accuracy analysis, tooling, automation, practical AI use, regulatory compliance, financial risk management, FP&A projects, M&A support, and QBR processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, including 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience and multiple years at Director or equivalent senior level.
• 7+ years in a management position, with experience leading or building teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Expert ability to oversee operational processes in alignment with legal regulations, ethical standards, and business objectives.
• Expert ability to identify and mitigate risks affecting operations and reputation.
• Expert stakeholder relationhirify.globalp-building skills for strategic initiatives and organizational success.
• Expert strategic planning and implementation skills, including corporate governance and compliance.
• Expert proficiency with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and informed decision-making.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events and travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
