Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Candidates must be based in the UK; frequent travel to client sites within Europe is required, with travel expenses covered.

Salary starts from £75,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments.
• Develop scalable AI-driven solutions that operationalise LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams.
• Work with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to roll out agentic capabilities integrated with enterprise systems and frameworks.
• Architect LLM orchestration and implement multi-agent systems with tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
• Design and deploy RAG pipelines using enterprise data sources and integrate platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering at Senior Engineer level; Senior Engineers typically have at least 8 years of commercial experience.
• Experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies.
• Experience implementing multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
• Experience designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines integrating enterprise data sources.
• Experience integrating agentic platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Ability to configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads.
• Ability to design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members, work in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives, and iterate directly with users.
• Strong consulting experience planning, executing, and delivering complex client engagements that solve business problems.
