AI Engineer I

Location: United Kingdom (Remote-First)

Salary: GBP 46,000–57,000 gross annually, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Build and operate data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and Databricks.
• Maintain go-to-market analytics models and dashboards.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based agents and automations for Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Productionise integrations with automated testing and monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of production experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong AI fluency and experience developing LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, and evaluations.
• Experience with a cloud data platform; AWS is preferred.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and using Git-based engineering practices.
• Must be residing in or applying to work from the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM data from Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
