Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop production-ready AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Build AI solutions with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google, Microsoft, and frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, cloud services, and internal business systems.
• Implement retrieval pipelines, automation workflows, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, automated testing, monitoring, and production safeguards.
• Troubleshoot model, integration, deployment, and performance issues while ensuring reliability, security, maintainability, and scalability.
• Own technical delivery from discovery and prototyping through production deployment and enterprise rollout.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on software engineering experience using Python, TypeScript, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
• Proven experience developing applications with large language models and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major agentic AI ecosystem, such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, or an equivalent framework.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, prompting, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
• Strong software architecture, debugging, testing, and integration skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
