Data Research Analyst (Nordic Speakers)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with four days in the office each week.

Base salary: EUR 29,000–39,000 annually; 5% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Collaborate with global data teams and local business representatives to maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial and investment data.
• Manage relationships with fund companies and data providers, establish acquisition channels, and act as an escalation point.
• Monitor production deadlines and take ownership of data issues, including follow-up, escalation, and resolution.
• Evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects.
• Use project management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to analyze and resolve complex data issues.
• Translate internal client requests into written specifications and user stories, and improve and document client use cases.

Requirements

• Fluent English and fluency in at least two additional languages, such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese, or Korean.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, build relationships, and address client needs with empathy and attention.
• Passion for the financial industry and investment data, with a solid understanding of data quality, methodologies, and processes.
• Ability to organize and manage high volumes of data while meeting predetermined deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
• Previous project management experience and familiarity with operational and performance data.
