Materials Planner (iGaming)

Location: Chadderton, United Kingdom; based at the Chadderton site with on-site attendance required four days per week.

What you will do

• Own and maintain demand forecasts using historical demand, inventory, sales, and operational data.
• Prepare inventory reports and ageing inventory analyses, identifying shortages, excess inventory, and emerging demand risks.
• Track forecast accuracy, investigate root causes of variances, and recommend sustainable improvements.
• Develop planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility of demand and inventory performance.
• Partner with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to align inventory plans with operational requirements.
• Support more automated, standardised, and data-driven planning processes.

Requirements

• Experience in material planning, inventory planning, supply chain planning, demand planning, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and turning findings into practical actions.
• Confidence working with large amounts of data to support decision-making.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting, planning, or ERP systems.
• Understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain principles.
• Curiosity and confidence to question assumptions and investigate the drivers behind the numbers.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain data and recommendations clearly and manage changing priorities.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and finding better ways of working.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable ERP and reporting tools.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, or automated reports.
• Knowledge of inventory optimisation, forecasting models, or S&OP processes.
