Senior Software Engineer (C#)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; flexible hybrid work model with a Copenhagen office.

Company

Develops in-house financial software for equities trading in collaboration with quantitative analysts and traders.

What you will do

• Implement, verify, and optimize financial algorithms.
• Create infrastructure for analyzing new algorithms and executing existing ones.
• Improve automated monitoring of trading algorithms.
• Solve performance problems involving garbage collection, networking, and parallelization.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to connect research with production.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with C#.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL.
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures, including when to apply them.
• Scientific and inquisitive mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-latency systems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or Matlab.
• Knowledge of SQL Server tuning and administration.
• PhD or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
