C# Software Engineer (Wind Power)

Location: Brande, Midtjylland, Denmark; hybrid remote/office

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a C#/.NET platform for real-time wind power plant control.
• Design and develop data services that process and store large amounts of data within wind farms.
• Investigate support cases, perform remote troubleshooting, and analyze power plant events.
• Develop configuration validation, monitoring, and engineering tools.
• Write unit and automated integration tests within an agile development team.
• Clarify requirements and contribute to technical planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Professional experience with C# and automated testing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, cybersecurity principles, and secure system integration.
• Knowledge of PKI certificates, authentication mechanisms, secure communication interfaces, or IEC 62443-based environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD practices and agile development methodologies.
• Experience with C++ and Python.
