FP&A Junior (Finance)

What you will do

• Collect, organize, and validate budgeting and forecasting data from departments.
• Support annual budget and rolling forecast consolidation, including schedules and documentation.
• Track budget versus actual performance and prepare data for variance analysis.
• Support month-end close through data organization, allocations, and financial schedules.
• Monitor production costs for materials, labor, and overhead, and calculate cost of goods manufactured.
• Build dashboards, charts, presentations, and reporting improvements for finance and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role; internships and graduate rotations count.
• Solid Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and document financial information.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly in writing and presentations.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn new tools, and a structured approach to analysis.

Nice to have

• Exposure to IFRS, month-end closing, cost accounting, or manufacturing environments.
