Financial Controller (AdTech)

What you will do

• Supervise the financial operations of selected foreign subsidiaries and maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices.
• Provide financial support and guidance to business managers, central finance, business departments, profit center managers, and the Board of Directors.
• Oversee subsidiary financial processes, including financial data, operating reporting, processing systems, and preparation of data for consolidation.
• Manage accounts receivable, evaluate credit risk, control and forecast cash flow, and oversee payment management.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and forecasts, and support the development and implementation of financial and accounting procedures and systems within the Capital Group.
• Lead, mentor, and direct a small team.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, particularly with spreadsheets.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles and familiarity with IFRS.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with initiative, meticulousness, attention to detail, and logical thinking.

• Working knowledge of tax law.
