Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Translate product priorities and roadmap initiatives into actionable development work through the full product development lifecycle.
• Create business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that communicate desired outcomes without prescribing technical solutions.
• Partner with software development teams on sprint planning, requirements clarification, status discussions, and delivery.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Security/CISO, Network Operations, and other stakeholders to balance business, customer, security, and compliance needs.
• Use data and automation to improve decision-making, reduce manual processes, and strengthen fraud and compliance capabilities.
• Evaluate internal capabilities and third-party solutions for effectiveness, scalability, and fit within the wider product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role within a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
• Experience translating business problems and desired outcomes into clear requirements, user stories, and executable development work.
• Confidence working directly with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Adaptable and collaborative approach across different projects, priorities, and stakeholder groups.
• Outcome-focused mindset that allows engineering teams to determine architecture and implementation.
• Curiosity about using data and automation to improve products, processes, and decision-making.
• Confidence constructively questioning established processes and exploring new solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, fraud, security, risk, or compliance.
