(Junior) ETF Business Manager (m/f/x) (Fintech)

Location: Munich, Germany; opportunity to work from abroad. International relocation support is provided if required.

What you will do

• Drive strategic and operational projects to launch, manage, and expand the proprietary ETF product family.
• Manage relationships with ETF issuers, index providers, and financial platforms while navigating regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate go-to-market and marketing initiatives, including communication strategy, messaging, and campaign materials for ETF launches.
• Prepare content for press and social media and potentially represent the company in media formats and industry events.
• Collaborate with management, capital markets, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to improve the ETF platform and client experience.
• Oversee operational workflows, data delivery, reporting, and internal knowledge sharing on ETF market developments.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience from internships or full-time employment in financial services, fintech, or asset management.
• Solid understanding of ETF and ETP product mechanics, index structures, and retail investment trends, with a strong interest in financial markets.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with comfort or interest in representing the company publicly.
• Proficiency in Excel and AI tools for data analysis.
• Collaborative approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in German and excellent professional English, written and spoken.

• Basic familiarity with SQL or Python.
