Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, with flexibility to work from home or anywhere in the world.

Salary: From €5,000 gross/month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Own key parts of hosting and developer products from discovery and technical scoping through launch and growth.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for deployments, Git integration, staging and previews, databases, APIs, CLI tooling, and AI coding integrations.
• Translate customer needs and technical constraints into requirements and make architecture, performance, and reliability trade-offs with engineering.
• Build prototypes, deploy test projects, use products as developers do, and test competitor products.
• Conduct client interviews and analyze product data to understand developer behavior, activation, and business impact.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, design, data, AI, and other product teams to ship reliable experiences at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience with a strong track record of owning technical or developer-facing products end to end.
• Technical understanding of DNS, HTTP, SSL, web servers, databases, CDNs, caching, and architecture discussions.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern developer workflows, including Git, CI/CD, Next.js or Laravel, WordPress, containers, and/or AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience working with analytics, SQL, and experiments to drive product decisions.
• Willingness to test new tools and approaches and maintain an understanding of the market.
• Strong ownership, proactive execution, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with international teams and users.
• Fluent English language skills.
