Senior Product Manager (Logistics)

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; hybrid work with 2 office days recommended but not enforced

Salary: €4,467–€6,042 gross per month

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and the roadmap for the hirify.global Go Parcel Shops ownership area.
• Lead end-to-end discovery, design, development and launch of products.
• Build scalable software supporting pick-up and drop-off operations, parcel lockers and autonomous robots.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Decision Science, Operations, business teams and external partners.
• Prioritize working software, rapid feedback loops and live experiments over heavy documentation.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong ownership, decision-making and alignment skills in ambiguous situations.
• Data-driven and analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Adaptability, resilience, pragmatic problem-solving and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and operational stakeholders.
