Product Manager (Chat)

Location: Vilnius; hybrid workplace. The opportunity to work from anywhere is available for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and decide which messaging and chat features to build to maximize value for users.
• Conduct discovery with sellers and buyers, test ideas and features, and analyze data to identify opportunities.
• Translate user and data insights into business cases, scopes, and product requirements.
• Work hands-on with engineers, designers, support, and account managers to deliver features on time.
• Track adoption and system-performance KPIs and define metrics for new features.
• Align Engineering, Sales, Support, Legal, Security, Account Management, Data, and Design while advocating for seller and buyer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, or workflow management software products.
• Hands-on experience forming hypotheses, running A/B tests, and interpreting results.
• Ability to treat strategy as a hypothesis and adapt when data or users provide contrary evidence.
• Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to work in a real scrap yard environment to understand seller challenges and workflows.
• Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Strong technical insight and ability to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with operational and customer-facing metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including influencing without authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or messaging and chat products.
• Experience in trust and safety or fraud prevention, including detection, false-positive management, and abuse patterns.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features such as suggested replies, automated flows, or translation.
• Knowledge of the automotive or car-parts domain.
