What you will do

• Maintain trading reports and documentation and create presentations for management.
• Benchmark odds, market depth, player coverage, and Bet Builder availability against competitors across alternative sports.
• Analyse performance across cricket, horse racing, MMA, boxing, snooker, darts, and chess.
• Analyse margin structures by sport, competition, and market type and recommend changes.
• Build provider scorecards covering odds accuracy, coverage, suspension timing, and settlement errors.
• Own alternative sports trading and odds creation for top-tier events, including independently setting and managing chess odds while maintaining competitive pricing and risk management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in trading, trading analysis, or a closely related sports betting role.
• Knowledge of odds, margins, markets, and providers.
• Practical experience in alternative sports trading and odds creation, with the ability to independently price top-tier events; experience in chess trading and odds creation is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google tools, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports for trading and non-trading stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in alternative sports such as cricket, horse racing, MMA, boxing, snooker, darts, or chess.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bet Builder products.
• Experience trading multiple alternative sports and understanding sport-specific pricing, market dynamics, and risk management.
