Payment Agent Team Lead (Arabic-Speaking GEOs) | Remote

Build and lead a payment agent network from the ground up.

We’re an international PSP working with high-risk verticals, and we’re looking for a Payment Agent Team Lead to own and grow our network of local payment agents across Arabic-speaking GEOs.

This isn’t a “maintain what exists” role. You’ll shape the network, open new markets, and work directly with the teams that make decisions.

What you’ll do:
• Grow and lead our network of local payment agents
• Be the go-to person for Arabic-speaking teams
• Bring in new agents and expand into new GEOs
• Run onboarding and training so new teams get up to speed fast
• Keep quality and stability high, and step in when things get complex
• Analyze agent performance and help teams get better results
• Turn agent feedback into real improvements, working with Support, Operations, and Tech
• Help shape how we onboard, train, and support agents

What you bring:
• Your own network of local payment agents or traders
• Hands-on experience in payment agents, P2P, payment services, high-risk, or iGaming
• Arabic (fluent) and working-level English
• A solid grasp of local payment processing, deposits, and payouts
• A track record of attracting partners and building long-term relationships
• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to make decisions independently
• The ability to run several teams at once and solve operational issues quickly

Bonus points for:
• Experience managing a team or network of payment agents
• Launching new GEOs
• Knowledge of P2P and crypto settlements
• Experience with high-risk processing
• Familiarity with admin panels, CRMs, and internal bots
• Understanding of key payment metrics: volume, conversion, success rate
