Sr Section Manager Facilities Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Take overall responsibility for facility plant operations for the respective semiconductor fabs.
• Lead, liaise with, assist, and coordinate Facilities Management Services staff, ensuring issues and complaints are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate shift updates, guidance, manpower, logistics, and resource requirements for Fab FMS staff.
• Optimize manpower, logistics, and resource usage across the respective fabs.
• Ensure incident escalation procedures are followed, escalate Fab-impact incidents, and support incident investigations.
• Represent Fab operational issues in daily pass-down meetings and follow up with System Engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Controls, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience with M&E or UPW systems.
• Hands-on experience with M&E or UPW systems, including troubleshooting.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-player attitude, positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
• Perform all activities safely and responsibly and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
