Manufacturing Program Engineer (Localisation)

What you will do

• Coordinate and lead internal and outsourced manufacturing partners supporting worldwide product manufacture from new product introduction through end of lifecycle.
• Recommend and implement localization requirements and end packaging processes to improve quality and reduce cost.
• Represent the manufacturing program management localization team in larger and more complex development and manufacturing projects.
• Create and manage SKU bills of materials.
• Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with hirify.global's sustainability commitments and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Materials, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Use engineering tools and software packages to test, design, and evaluate products and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of material properties, hardware, and manufacturing.
• Use empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
• Communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results effectively and negotiate options at management levels.
• Power BI and dashboard reporting competency.
