Senior Delivery Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Georgia, Poland, or Serbia; offices in Tbilisi, Warsaw, and Poznań

What you will do

• Lead Backend, Frontend, and QA/AQA teams as a servant-leader, coaching members and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Own end-to-end delivery for roadmap features and initiatives, defining scope, dependencies, delivery plans, and risk assessments with Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
• Track sprint progress, commitments, blockers, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Improve Agile delivery frameworks, documentation, process automation, cross-team collaboration, and product quality in partnership with QA Leads.
• Manage team composition, workload, performance reviews, 1:1s, performance improvement plans, interviews, and vacation planning.
• Prepare weekly feature and project reports, sprint reports with root cause analysis, and monthly capacity and resource allocation reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project or Delivery Manager in the IT industry across multiple organizations.
• Experience managing multiple teams of 10+ members.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to navigate uncertainty effectively.
• Proficiency in Jira Plans, eazyBI, BigPicture, and Confluence.
• English proficiency at B2+ level and strong command of Russian.
