Delivery Manager (IT Services)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of Time & Materials, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagements for European Institutions and International Organizations.
• Manage framework contracts, service engagements, implementation projects, resources, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary customer contact for delivery matters, operational issues, escalations, service reviews, and governance forums.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, milestones, financials, utilization, burn rate, timesheets, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Coordinate internal teams, consortium partners, subcontractors, vendors, and customers across distributed and multicultural environments.
• Support contract growth through change requests, extensions, service proposals, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, PMO, Consulting, or IT Services.
• Experience managing Time & Materials, Fixed Price, or Managed Services contracts and customer engagements.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, PM², PRINCE2, PMI, or similar delivery methodologies.
• Experience with resource planning, forecasting, budgeting, utilization, risk management, contract governance, and KPI/SLA reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, the public sector, or work with EU institutions.
• Knowledge of a third European language.
