Technical Delivery Manager (FinTech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid model with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and strategic technology initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, roadmaps, release planning, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders across websites, client areas, payment systems, CRM systems, trading platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Own technical readiness, testing, production deployments, project governance, accountability, and structured reporting through Jira and Confluence.
• Use AI, automation, dashboards, and data-driven reporting to identify risks, monitor dependencies, improve project visibility, and forecast delivery.
• Challenge unrealistic timelines, resolve blockers, manage risks, drive decisions, and improve delivery efficiency and predictability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Program Management.
• Proven ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives from initiation through production delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, databases, SDLC, CI/CD, and quality practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple engineering teams and technical dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and project governance.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, and reporting dashboards for project tracking, risk identification, delivery visibility, and forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge technical teams, anticipate risks, drive accountability, and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Delivery ownership covering roadmaps, release management, and on-time delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in Forex, FinTech, financial services, or trading technology.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
