Integrations Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Act as the main coordination point between internal teams and third-party game providers.
• Plan and execute new integrations and integration changes, including kick-offs and alignment of technical and operational requirements.
• Track timelines, progress, blockers, risks, Jira boards, documentation, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate communication and issue resolution across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and providers.
• Support UAT, deployment, environment setup, production rollout, and preparation requests.
• Coordinate recurring issue resolution, root cause analysis, escalation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Integrations Management, Delivery Management, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Solid experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery tracking processes.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and release processes.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, analytical, communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• English proficiency at least B1.
• Must be located in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of API architecture, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• iGaming domain knowledge.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• Experience coordinating UAT and production deployments.
