Senior Operations Analyst (Claims Processing)

Location: Manila; hybrid working arrangement with two days per week in the office; APAC/EMEA shift hours, which may change according to business needs.

What you will do

• Execute daily middle-office operations and monitor transaction workflows from clients, third-party managers, and custodians.
• Manage the trade lifecycle from confirmation through settlement and investigate and resolve transaction booking exceptions across fixed income, FX, equities, money markets, derivatives, private debt, SPVs, and real estate.
• Process events, corporate actions, coupons, dividends, and derivative lifecycle activities.
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations between the platform, custodians, and other third parties.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, custodians, and third-party managers; respond to client queries and support onboarding, testing, and service development.
• Maintain procedures and training, manage administrative activities and management reporting, follow SLAs and KPIs, and participate in internal and external client audits.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a buy-side or outsourced Operations team, specifically in Trade Management, FX, and/or Reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of capital markets products and familiarity with diverse security types and the investment industry.
• Proficient knowledge of derivatives products, including OTC pricing and lifecycle management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
• Continuously improve analytical skills and logical understanding of processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work APAC/EMEA shift hours and in a hybrid arrangement with two office days per week in Manila.
